Run through this before doors open. Easy to print and tick off.

• Charge laptops and bring chargers
• Bring a spare barcode scanner (or know you can type codes manually)
• Bring extension cords and power strips
• Print extra tag sheets if you might need them
• Test the printer the morning of the sale
• Verify phase timing (when presale ends, when discount starts)
• Confirm discount schedule matches your plan
