1. What Consignment Cat Is
Consignment Cat is software designed to help organizers run seasonal pop-up consignment sales, including checkout, reporting, and related tools.
We provide software only. We do not manage your sale, handle cash, or operate your event.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under your account.
You must provide accurate information. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Payments & Fees
Consignment Cat charges a one-time fee per sale unlock.
Unlock purchases are non-refundable once a sale has been unlocked. Prices may change for future sales but will not change retroactively.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store full credit card numbers.
4. Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for verifying totals before payouts, managing consignor relationships, ensuring appropriate hardware and internet connectivity, and complying with local tax laws.
5. Availability
The service is provided "as is." We strive for reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Consignment Cat shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the sale in question.

You retain ownership of your data. We may use aggregated, anonymized data to improve the product.
